Awesome people, Thomas was fantastic, helping us find a lift chair for my husband who recently had a stroke. I went in knowing what I wanted, a lift chair and a couch that matched. He worked with us and was great!! Can't wait for them to be delivered. If you need furniture, go see them. They will make it very smooth and almost painless!

A breath of fresh air. The whole team, and Ben with the heavy lifting, scored us an incredible value. The team was incredibly personable and walked us through different furniture and financing options. Ben was engaging and relatable. Made the process seamless. This is the best I have felt with a furniture purchase. They support service members as well.

This was the most fun I had shopping for anything in a long long time! James and Dani (She rocks!😊 ) are incredible and the 2 stars of my great experience! Nowadays customer service is out the window until you demand it ,which I always do but that was not the case this time!! Actually the whole team was super nice! I will be coming back to this location in the future and will tell others!🥰😁FYI JAMES, When you see an opportunity seize it! Your a great salesman! You got this!

I enjoyed talking to the salesperson. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely courteous. Just an all-around nice guy. I didn't like driving to the industrial park to pick it up, but, once I got there, they made it very easy to pick up my mattresses. And the staff of the warehouse we're very personable, and helpful.

So grateful to the team at Ashley Furniture on Merchant! Elizabeth, Michelle, Todd and team were so helpful and accommodating. They helped us find the best deal (affordable AND timely) even if that meant price matching with the PX (who knew that was an option?!). Please go see them!!

We just moved into a new apartment and have never bought furniture before. Ben was thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, helping us pick out our couch, coffee table, and TV stand. Very affordable and conscientious of our needs. Both Ben and Rochelle were also very helpful in explaining benefits of warranty that seem very worthwhile to us. An excellent experience all around and we will be back when we have more furniture needs!!!
